This bundle contains two quizzes that are ideal for English teachers to use with KS3 and 4 classes as we approach the end of term:
Literacy audit: this quiz is a fun way for teachers to audit KS3 students literacy/SPAG/terminology skills using the specially designed grid and DIRT sheets to audit students’ performance both in their attainment and level of complexity
End of Year Quiz 2018: this fun quiz is ideal for the end of term and recaps a lot of key English skills (historical context, Shakespeare, key authors/works, word classes, SPAG) in a way that is fun and engaging. Examples rounds include: Shakespeare vs. Stormzy, Correct that Tweet and BONUS World Cup round.
Both quizzes are fun to look at (and include GIF animations) and are fully resourced to provide everything you need to teach the lesson. Files include both ready-to-use PDF versions and editable Publisher/PowerPoint versions.
This file includes everything you’ll need for the ultimate END OF YEAR QUIZ; it contains a slideshow of questions and answers, an answer sheet (for students) and sheets for the bonus round. The quiz was originally designed for KS3 and 4 pupils, but could easily be used/adapted for younger and older students. It has a mix of literacy/literature based rounds and some just for fun!
